Optical attenuators for introducing a given attenuation of an optical signal into a fiber optic line. The main quality indicators of attenuators – high stability of the established attenuation, low levels of retroreflection, wide range of operating temperatures, compactness and high mechanical strength.
For optical attenuators with a fixed value of the introduced attenuation, the test result is indicated at two wavelengths – 1310 and 1550 nm.
